Your responsibilities
Keep your password and recovery phrase secure. Lost keys cannot be recovered. You control who receives access to your records.
Acceptable use
Do not upload unlawful content or attempt to bypass security controls. Clinics must provide accurate registration information.
Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Encrypted backups remain accessible via your cloud drive.
